Later in the day, mycustomer.com blogged a great summary of Ray Wang’s view that SAP does a horrible job communicating their innovation to their client base. On November 24, 2009, Knowledge Workers Toronto held their monthly meetup at the Groundhog Pub. I had originally planned on attending this meetup, but my plans changed at the last minute. Thankfully, meetup organizer Connie Crosby tweeted throughout Michael Cheveldave’s presentation. Michael is the Director, Business Development for Cognitive Edge Pte. Ltd. He outlined how the human side of knowledge management makes sense of the world.
