many companies are used to the traditional campaigns that run for a certain time and stop, but it’s our job to educate them on the power of open and ongoing conversations that are out there in the digital world.  It’s our job to have a plan in place to reflect the ongoing conversations and be able to continually analyze, and make decisions on the fly.
